The front loading system uses hydraulic cylinders to raise, lower, and tilt the bucket and boom for earth loading, leveling, stockpiling, and site clearing. 1. Pre-operation inspection: Check tires, hydraulic hoses, and bucket teeth. Inspect engine oil, hydraulic oil, and diesel levels. Test stabilizer legs, lights, brakes, and emergency stop button.
2. Startup and mode switch: Fasten the seat belt. Rotate the seat to face the front loader to start the engine. Rotate the seat backward to operate the backhoe pilot joysticks.
3. Loading operation: Level the bucket to cut into the material pile, lift the boom and retract the bucket for transport, then lift the boom and tip the bucket to unload. Keep the boom folded and bucket level during transit to lower the center of gravity.
4. Digging operation: Park the machine and lower the two hydraulic stabilizer legs for support. Use the pilot joysticks to lower the backhoe arm for trenching or foundation excavation. Lift the full bucket and swing the arm to transfer material.
5. Shutdown: Retract the backhoe arm and fully fold the stabilizer legs. Lower the bucket to the ground and idle the engine for 3 minutes to cool the system. Shut down the engine, cut off main power, and lock the cab door.
6. Emergency handling: If hydraulic oil leakage, abnormal engine noise, or outrigger failure occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair. Do not continue operating with known faults.
