Working Principle

Gold-bearing slurry is fed into the rotating centrifugal drum. As the drum spins at high speed, centrifugal force pushes heavier gold particles against the wear-resistant lining, while lighter silt and water flow out through the overflow. When enough concentrate has accumulated on the drum wall, the feed is stopped and high-pressure water is used to flush the collected gold into a concentrate container, completing the separation cycle.

Operating Procedure
