The Loader-mounted Snow Sweeper is a complete snow removal machine built on a loader chassis with an integrated front roller brush. It is designed for clearing loose snow, compacted snow and thin ice from roads, parking areas, factory grounds and other paved surfaces. The machine is delivered ready to work, with no additional mounting or modification required. The roller brush is driven by an independent hydraulic system and equipped with floating support wheels that follow the road surface. Working Principle

The machine uses the loader engine to drive a hydraulic pump. High-pressure oil is sent through separate lines to the hydraulic motor of the front roller brush, causing the brush to rotate at a controlled speed. Travel speed and brush speed are controlled independently from the cab. The operator can adjust the brush rotation and driving speed according to snow depth and road conditions.

The roller brush is fitted with mixed nylon and steel wire bristles. Front floating support wheels keep the brush in contact with uneven ground, allowing it to follow the road profile. As the brush rotates, cutting force and centrifugal force remove snow and ice from the surface and discharge it to the side of the machine. An arc-shaped shield covers the brush to prevent snow from being thrown backward onto the cleared path.

All hydraulic controls are located in the cab. The operator can start, stop, lift and adjust the snow throwing direction from the seat. Four large-pattern off-road tires provide traction on icy or slippery surfaces. This design supports continuous snow removal on factory roads, highways, parking areas and similar paved surfaces.

Operating Instructions and Maintenance

Pre-operation Inspection

• Check the roller brush, shield and tires for damage. Confirm there is no hydraulic oil leakage on the pipelines.
• Verify engine oil and coolant levels are sufficient. Test all control levers and lights in the cab.
• Remove stones and other debris from the road surface to prevent damage to the brush.

Startup and Warm-up

• Fasten the safety belt, return all levers to neutral, apply the handbrake, start the engine and let it idle for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Lift, lower, start and stop the roller brush without load to confirm smooth hydraulic movement. Test steering and brakes at low speed.

Snow Removal Operation

• Lower the roller brush until the support wheels touch the ground and the bristles lightly contact the pavement.
• Start the roller brush. Use low brush speed for light snow and high speed for deep or compacted snow.
• Drive straight at a steady low speed. For thick snow, clean in two passes and discharge snow to both sides of the road.
• Reduce speed on icy roads. Avoid sharp turns and sudden braking.

Shutdown Procedure

• Turn off the roller brush first. Lift the brush off the ground after it has completely stopped.
• Let the engine idle for about 2 minutes to cool down. Apply the handbrake, shift to neutral, shut down the engine and cut off power.

Post-operation Maintenance

• Wash snow and ice off the machine and roller brush to prevent parts from freezing.
• Inspect bristles and hydraulic hoses for damage. Park the vehicle on flat, dry ground.

Safety Instructions

• Keep personnel away from the rotating roller brush. No one should stand within the snow throwing area.
• Do not sweep roads with large hard objects that could damage the equipment.
• Stop operation immediately if abnormal noise or oil leakage is noticed.
