Hydraulic Lifting Sweeper

Qingzhou Mingxu Supply Chain supplies full series hydraulic lifting sweepers for bulk group purchasing and whole-unit overseas export. Equipped with full hydraulic lifting hopper and automatic lifting brush assembly, these sweepers offer multiple cleaning width options, powerful dust collection and obstacle-crossing capacity, widely selected for mass procurement of industrial yards, mines, logistics parks and municipal auxiliary road cleaning projects worldwide.

The hydraulic lifting sweeper supplied by Qingzhou Mingxu Supply Chain is designed for industrial and municipal surface cleaning. It is equipped with a hydraulically operated waste bin that lifts and discharges material with a single control, an enlarged main brush, and two side brushes for wide coverage. A water spray system is included to reduce airborne dust during sweeping. The chassis is built from reinforced steel, and the machine can operate on concrete, asphalt, epoxy, and compacted dirt surfaces.

The sweeper is available in different configurations to match site size and surface conditions. Common applications include municipal roads, factory workshops, logistics parks, public squares, and school campuses. Orders can be arranged as single units, bulk purchases, or full-container export, with specifications adjusted during the production stage.

Operating Principle

The Hydraulic Lifting Sweeper uses an engine to drive the main and side brushes. Debris is collected from the road surface and moved into the waste bin. A water spray system wets the material being swept to reduce airborne dust. The waste bin is raised and tilted by a hydraulic cylinder, allowing the collected material to be discharged without manual handling. All sweeping, dust suppression, and unloading functions operate as a continuous process.

Operating Instructions

Pre-operation preparation: Park the machine on a flat, hard surface and switch off the power. Check the hydraulic oil level, water tank level, and filter condition. Start the power unit and test the brush lifting and hopper lifting functions without load, confirming there is no abnormal noise, jamming, or oil leakage. Inspect main and side brush wear and adjust the brush-to-ground height as needed.

Sweeping operation: Drive forward at a low, steady speed. Lower one side brush when cleaning along curbs or in narrow passages. Keep the water spray active in dry, high-dust areas. Lift the brush assembly when passing over speed bumps, gravel piles, or other obstacles to avoid damage. Monitor the waste bin level during operation; empty the bin when it reaches about 80% capacity.

Shutdown: Lift the brushes off the ground and run without load for about two minutes to shake off dust from the filter. Operate the hydraulic cylinder to raise the bin and fully discharge the waste, then lower and lock the hopper. Switch off the power, drain remaining water from the tank, and clear any debris wrapped around the brushes. Check hydraulic hoses for leaks.

Key Features

1. Hydraulic self-dumping bin. The waste container is raised and tilted by a hydraulic cylinder, allowing one-button discharge without manual shoveling. This reduces labor and shortens the unloading cycle compared with manual emptying.

2. Wide sweeping coverage. The enlarged main brush and two side brushes provide a wide cleaning path. The side brushes can be lowered individually to clean edges and corners, reducing the need for follow-up manual work.

3. Dust suppression system. A built-in water spray system wets the road surface during sweeping, helping to prevent dust from becoming airborne and reducing secondary pollution. The system is intended for use in dry conditions where dust control is required.

4. Reinforced chassis. The frame is made from thickened steel plate and is designed to withstand regular use on uneven ground. The machine is suitable for continuous operation on cement, asphalt, epoxy, and compacted dirt surfaces.

5. Configurable for different sites. Specifications such as sweeping width, brush type, and water tank capacity can be adjusted during production. Single units, bulk orders, and full-container export shipments are available.

Heavy-Duty Chassis and Continuous Operation Design

Reinforced load-bearing structure. The main chassis is fabricated from 6–8 mm thickened steel plate, with welded cross-members and reinforced stress points around the axle mounts and lift cylinder brackets. The frame is designed to handle the repeated loading and vibration generated during continuous sweeping on uneven ground, reducing the risk of fatigue cracking over time. Additional gusset plates are used at the corners where the brush assembly and hopper frame connect to the main body.

Long-duration operational reliability. Several design measures support extended working periods. The hydraulic system uses a larger oil tank with an integrated oil cooler to maintain temperature within a stable range during long shifts. The brush drive motors are enclosed and fitted with high-temperature grease, reducing heat-related wear. The engine air intake is positioned away from the dust zone, and a multi-stage filter system helps prevent fine particles from entering the combustion chamber in dusty environments. Daily maintenance points are concentrated and accessible from the side of the machine, allowing operators to complete routine checks without special tools or extended downtime.

Typical Applications

1. Industrial and mining yards: removal of gravel, cement dust, and process residue from mine access roads, sand yards, and concrete batching plant areas.

2. Logistics and warehousing parks: daily cleaning of sediment, packaging fragments, and loose debris from cargo yards, warehouse roads, and loading platforms.

3. Factory workshops and parking areas: sweeping of dust and small debris from workshop roads, parking lots, and epoxy-floored interior spaces.

4. Municipal auxiliary maintenance: removal of fallen leaves, muck, and street residue from side roads, park paths, and campus driveways.

5. Demolition and construction sites: fast sweeping of construction waste, gravel, and soil from temporary access roads and work areas.

6. Large commercial venues: routine cleaning of ports, industrial estates, and school grounds.

FAQ

Q1: How often should the hydraulic oil be replaced?
A1: Under normal operating conditions, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 500 working hours or once a year, whichever comes first. The oil filter should be changed at the same time. If the machine is used in a high-dust environment, the replacement interval should be shortened to 300 working hours. Always check the oil level before starting work and top up with the same grade of oil if needed.

Q2: What type of surface is the sweeper best suited for?
A2: The machine works well on concrete, asphalt, epoxy floors, and compacted dirt roads. For very uneven ground with large potholes or loose gravel, the operator should reduce speed and lift the brush assembly when crossing obstacles. The thickened chassis is designed to handle moderate roughness, but continuous operation on severely damaged roads may accelerate wear on the brush and suspension components.

Q3: Can the dust suppression system be turned off when not needed?
A3: Yes. The water spray can be switched off manually from the operator position when sweeping in wet conditions or when dust control is not required. This helps save water and reduces the frequency of tank refills. The tank has a capacity of approximately 2 m³, which is generally sufficient for several hours of continuous sweeping in dry conditions.

Q4: What is the typical lifespan of the main brush?
A4: Main brush life depends on the surface type, the amount of abrasive material swept, and the operating speed. On smooth concrete or asphalt, the brush can last 600–1,000 working hours. On rough or heavily polluted surfaces, the lifespan may be reduced to 300–500 hours. Weekly inspection is recommended, and the brush should be replaced when the bristle length is reduced by approximately half.

Q5: Is special training required to operate the sweeper?
A5: Basic operation is straightforward and can be learned in a short period. The operator should be familiar with the control lever functions, the correct procedure for raising and lowering the hopper, and the daily maintenance checklist. We provide an operation manual and a short instructional video with each machine. On-site training can be arranged for bulk orders or fleet purchases.
